Australia. - Hays Recruitment: L2 Helpdesk Support. IT Level 2 Support Hobart Your new company You will be joining an excellent IT team at a Hobart based organisation in the Education sector. Your new role As a Level 2 IT Support, your new role will include: Resolution or escalation of the ICT service needs within the organisation Maintenance and updating of ICT infrastructure, applications, and equipment Contribute to recommendations for or to improve the design, acquisition, and installation of ICT services and/or equipment Work collaboratively with members of the organisation to enhance IT outcomes What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the IT Industry, with hands-on technical skills (level 2 support). You will have demonstrated IT problem-solving and analytical skills with a high-level of communication and interpersonal skills.
