This role will be based in the field where you will build strong, trusted peer-level relationships with Thought Leaders, Clinical investigators and Healthcare Decision Makers. RESPONSIBILITIES You will collaborate externally and internally to identify actionable insights and help shape current and future treatment landscape in Haematology, ultimately improving patient outcomes. Establish and maintain trusted, scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other HCPs, serving as a resource, responding to research, educational and clinical practice needs that support therapeutic and business priorities. Communication of clinical and scientific data at peer level, translating the evidence to address clinical needs and drive patients' outcomes. Identify and address medical education needs by providing educational presentations, responding to unsolicited medical information requests and assisting in the development of medical educational activities. Develop, maintain and implement KOL Engagement plans Partner with investigators on submission and initial assessment of investigator-initiated study concepts; provide scientific and clinical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives in line with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures Collect and communicate clinical insights and intelligence on the market environment, clinical strategies, competition, and other developments relevant to Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine success. Prioritise customer-based initiatives and field responsibilities, while balancing administrative duties and project responsibilities. Maintain focus and composure in uncertain circumstances with minimal directions. Demonstrate high organisational and interpersonal skills and sound judgment in all functions. Demonstrate the ability to partner with others to lead or participate in large scale projects. Maintain in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, including Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine and competitive products as well as disease states within the franchise. Fully understand and apply MSL SOP's/guidelines and company HCC/Regulatory/Legal guidelines. Work as part of a broader cross-functional team to align scientific and medical strategies and deliver value to our customers and patients..
