relationship babysitting job. This is for someone with presence,

being seen in the market. Our client is a fast growing renewable energy
finance provider partnering with vendors across solar, energy
efficiency, and sustainable solutions. They are looking for a Business
Development Manager who brings personality, pace, and commercial
firepower to grow their NSW portfolio. If you are the type of person who
enjoys being on the front foot, leading conversations, and winning
business through energy and credibility, you will fit right in. The
Opportunity You will own business development across NSW, prospecting
and onboarding new renewable vendors while strengthening existing
relationships to drive sustained growth. Working closely with a
Relationship Manager, you will set the strategy, open the doors, and
create momentum. Once vendors are onboarded, you will continue to drive
performance through disciplined activity, account planning, and strong
market presence. This is a visible role with real ownership. Your

execute growth plans Stay across competitor activity, market trends, and
policy changes Provide market feedback to influence product and
