currently looking to engage a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Property
and Buildings group in our Brisbane office. Our Property and Buildings
team is a world-leading management and technical consultancy operating

iconic projects Work in a high impact, market-facing and civil
engineering delivery focused role Manage ongoing communication and
highly effective professional relationships with local clients Ascertain
specifications and evolving client requirements Proactively determine,
manage, monitor and control scope of works Ensure timely and quality of
delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant
technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with
schedules and budgets Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both
internally and externally Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for
the team Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in
a multidisciplinary engineering setting. About you: Bachelor to
Masters’ level degree (Civil Engineering) Chartered status with
Engineers Australia (desirable) Excellent expertise in civil engineering
and design documentation, including sound working knowledge of relevant
local Standards and Codes Solid industry experience on Australian or
New Zealand civil engineering projects , ideally in a consulting
environment is essential High level of expertise in effectively
delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector
Sound client facing and account/relationship management skills Excellent
project management skills, including managing civil engineering teams
Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator
with all key engineering disciplines Highly developed customer-focus,
leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and
